Description
Produced only with Pinot Noir grapes, this intense ruby red wine has aromas of flowers, ripe red fruit and spices. The tannins are ripe and in good balance with the wine, which shows a long finish.
Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, to this process is added a manual movement of the grapes for a time of about 15 days. The wine then aged in oak barrels for 36 to 48 months.
