Birra Golden Ale

Spring water, craft malt, wild hops from Trentino and America.  

A small percentage of organic wheat and fresh organic bergamot peel are added to barley malt, which results in a easy drinking beer with great freshness, also emphasized by the presence of american hops. 

This high fermented organic beer undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, without any clarification nor filtration process.
